1. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Airspun is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

2. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Airspun will not be liable for delivery issues arising due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Returns Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, wipes products cannot be returned once opened or used. Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To request a return, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear images of the issue.

4. Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
